After a busy day we have a short session of mindfulness that will be uploaded to our Youtube channel and on our facebook account.

After a busy day please feel free to tune in, invite others for a shared experience, and relax in readiness for a good nights sleep.

15 minutes in a day set aside for reflection, meditation and prayerful mindfulness can make a big difference to our mindset.
