Evergreen house

The provision ‘move on’ accommodation is essential for the on-going rebuilding and recovery of a persons life. It was one of the biggest challenge to the housing and homeless sector to ensure there is enough affordable housing across the country.

At Connect Centre we are pleased to be able to offer Evergreen house as a move-on option to residents and service users within our care. Opening in 2018 the initiative is going from strength to strength with a committed volunteer team, professional yet caring staff and the bravery of residents to keep going one day at a time.
